I'm Paula Darnell. Like the main characters in my cozy mystery books, I love arts and crafts. My interest in textile arts and crafts began decades ago when I first learned to sew, and it's continued to this day. During my career, I've owned a fabric and pattern business, taught college classes in fashion design, and written hundreds of fashion articles. My jewelry designs have been featured in Leather Jewelry, published by Lark Books, and Leather Crafters and Saddlers Journal. In recognition of my silk flower creations, I'm a Dharma Trading featured artist, and my solo art exhibit "Blooming Fabric Flowers" was on display at the Sahara West Library in Las Vegas recently.
